These sessions are focussed on taking the advanced pricing strategies used by some of the biggest and most successful businesses in the world and helping florists apply them to their retail pricing for Valentine's Day 2015. These strategies were expensive and time-consuming to develop and refine – calling on the talents and expertise of marketing consultants, behavioural economists and more – but, once deconstructed, they can be easily applied in a retail flower shop. This is all about simple pricing changes florists can make to increase both sales and profits.
The material is similar to the Better Retail Pricing For Your Flower Shop content that was presented at the GLFE and FSFA conventions last year, but it will be entirely focussed on changes that can be made before Valentine's Day. The same material will be presented in three different sessions so that participating florists can choose a convenient time and the groups can be kept small.
