Like the session at the recent Great Lakes Floral Expo we'll start off looking at fixed-price products but this presentation will also include an approach for quoting weddings and events. Used properly this should help you secure more of the events you quote and make more money from them. This addition is being made at the request of some of the attendees at the GLFE session who asked about this topic during one-on-one conversations after the official presentation.
